Questar is pleased to announce that we have acquired all of the assets of The Centurian Group, Inc. Centurian, located in Tampa, Florida, is a master distributor of spill containment products and environmental containers. Questar will continue to maintain a sales office in Jacksonville, Fl. Additionally, we will expand our sales and operations to Tampa, Fl.
With this acquisition Questar now services the Northeastern and Midwestern United States with operations in North Canton, OH and Chicago, IL; the Pacific Northwest with operations in Seattle, WA; Northern California with operations in Hayward, CA; the south, with operations in Dallas, TX; and now the Southeast with our new facility in Tampa, FL.
Questar is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement to lease a new, larger warehouse to support our west coast Northern California Region. Located in Hayward, CA, the new warehouse increases available floor space by 35%. We will begin operations at this facility January 2, 2008.
